Monopole AI (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Pre-Shift mobile application. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our app.

- Account information: name, email address, and role provided by your restaurant administrator
- Training data: quiz answers, assessment responses, lesson progress, and skill ratings generated through your use of the platform
- Usage data: app interaction patterns for improving the training experience
How We Use Your Information
- To provide personalized training content and track your learning progress
- To generate adaptive assessments calibrated to your skill level
- To allow restaurant managers to monitor team training progress
- To improve the quality of training content and grading accuracy
Data Storage and Security
- All data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security
- Authentication is handled via Supabase Auth with encrypted tokens
- AI-generated content uses OpenAI’s API; no personal data is used to train AI models
Data Sharing
- Your training progress is visible to your restaurant’s administrators
- We do not sell personal data to third parties
- We do not share personal data with advertisers
Data Retention
- Account data is retained while your account is active
- Training history is retained for performance tracking and content improvement
- You may request account deletion by contacting your restaurant administrator or emailing josh@monopole-ai.com
